A prolific songwriter and self-recording artist, Keith's debut album All In The Groove takes listeners on an eclectic journey drawing on inspiration from his own life experiences as well as observations of other people and their stories/situations. The latter often coming from human service work experience ranging from child protection services, through to the supervision of inmates in custodial care.  

Song topics include an upbeat tribute to his wife Megan with She's My Baby, whilst Fallen Angel gives a sensitive observation of a young lady's heroic journey in conquering drug addiction. For animal lovers Careful She Might Hear You shows the special light that pets offer us from childhood to frail aged. This album has a story that relates to everyone!
